BYLAWS - AS Of 11/15/07
1. Order of Business - 7:00 start
2. 2 unexcused absenses or 3 latenesses (after pledge) per month without a legal excuse called into SPL/ASPL by scout before meeting, will result in not being able to attend next non-meeting activity. If you are absent you must find out info by calling Patrol Leader.
3. Violence - After 3 acts of unexplainable contact - no scoutmaster review for a given amount of time.
Serious infraction can lead to dismissal.
4. You must attend all service projects and fundraisers unless you have proper excuse given to SPL.
5. Class A uniforms for all meetings & functions.
6. To vote - you need 1 more than half the total number in troop.
7. SPL has the right to ask scout to leave meeting for unruly behavior.
8. Scouts will not be allowed to attend next activity if there was unruly behavior.
9. Scouts will be able to get same respect as they are required to give leaders.
10. You have to talk to Scoutmaster before you start a merit badge.
*Excused latenesses or absences - include - sickness, school or sports related, work or family emergency - SPL/ASPL must be informed of such by scout.
